Refund policy

This page explains when a revision or refund may apply to a planning engagement.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the planning services described on the Plans page and to any custom engagement we agree with you in writing. It does not apply to third-party services you may buy in connection with your engagement, such as printing or catering, which are governed by their own terms.

2. The fourteen-day review window

After we deliver the first version of your plan, you have fourteen calendar days to review it with your team. If you decide during that window that the plan does not work for your office, we will either revise it once at no additional cost or refund seventy percent of the fee paid for that deliverable.

This window starts on the date the first deliverable is sent to the email address on the proposal. We will confirm the start date in writing so there is no confusion.

3. Before any plan has been delivered

If you cancel an engagement after signing the proposal but before we send the first deliverable, you will receive a refund of the full fee minus a small administration charge equal to ten percent of the engagement value. The charge covers the kick-off call and the early planning notes the team has already produced.

4. Tailored and multi-month engagements

For the Season Partner plan and other multi-month engagements, refunds apply on a pro-rated basis for the months not yet delivered. Any month already in progress at the time of cancellation is non-refundable, because the planning work for that month has already been performed.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at community@forceflushingax.world with the subject line "Refund request" and the name of your engagement. We will reply within five business days to confirm the next steps and the amount, and we will issue the refund to the original payment method within fifteen business days of agreement.

6. Situations not covered

We cannot offer a refund in the following cases:

  • The review window has passed without a written request from you.
  • The plan has been used for more than a single full week without feedback being shared with us.
  • The team has shared the plan with people outside the licensed organisation.
  • The cancellation results from a change in the client's own internal schedule and not from any issue with the plan itself, in which case Section 4 still applies.

7. Revisions instead of a refund

Many issues can be addressed with one focused round of revisions. We may offer that option during the review call, but the choice belongs to you.

8. Disputes

If we cannot agree on a refund, we will first try to resolve the matter through a short, good-faith conversation. If that does not work, the dispute is governed by the Terms of Use.
